Motum Club is modeled after the “President’s Club” celebration that leading sales organizations have employed for decades serving as an incentive for extraordinary individual performance milestones. But it comes with a twist, because sustainable marketing powered sales performance is rooted in the team – not the individual – and leverages the learnings from both our successes and failures and from those who have already chosen the road less traveled.

Celebration and Continued Education

To facilitate both a celebration and to enable collaborative learning between participants, Motum Club is an annual event held over a five-day period at a resort in Hawaii*.
